How regularly can you come?
We have no set rules (they are boring), however the majority of our clients are fortnightly. We do perform one-off cleans, subject to availability.
Do I need to provide cleaning products?
No. As part of our service, we provide all equipment and products. Prior to commencing, we ensure you are satisfied with our eco-friendly range. If there is a product you prefer us to use and you have it on hand, we will be more than happy to use it (providing it’s safe to do so).
Do you prefer someone home?
We prefer to work solo. Don’t worry….we’ve got this! Pet’s can be home, just inform us so we can work around them. We are fully insured and hold current police and working with children’s checks.
Do you do schools or commercial premises?
As a boutique home servicing business, we prefer limit our time on larger commercial operations to focus our attention on domestic households. We do service a small range of commercial clients.
I have allergies, can you cater to them?
Absolutely. Depending on your individual needs, we will tailor our products used to ensure everyone is happy.
Do you have a COVID plan?
We follow the latest COVIDSafe guidelines for workplaces in Victoria. If you or members of your household are feeling unwell, as a courtesy we ask that you inform us immediately. We all have a role in protecting our loved ones and community.
How much do you charge?
Every home is a different size with independent needs. Our job is to tailor a service relevant to you. We will be upfront before we start, so there’s no surprises.
